ANNOUNCEMENT:

ATTENTION: All parks are now closed


The health and safety of our customers, citizens and team members is our top priority. Based on the escalation of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, and after careful consideration, the County has decided to close facilities and implement a tele-work schedule for most employees effective March 17th, today at 5:00pm through March 22nd, 2020. This includes all Parks and Recreation facilities, programs, activities, rentals, and events. In addition to teleworking, we’ve implemented flexible work practices including staggered work scheduling for essential operations to limit exposure.

During this time, please be mindful if you decide to visit one of our public parks to place your trash in the receptacles available. Also, the restroom facilities at the parks will be closed. We will continue to monitor developments of the pandemic and make decisions as needed. Updates will be posted to our website and social media accounts.

We thank you for your continued support, understanding and patience as we navigate this dynamic situation. We are in this together.

  • Base Fee – 8 Hour Block of Time: $1,200.00
  • Staff Fee – 8 Hour Block of Time: $165.00
  • Over 8 Hours per Hour Charge: $15.00
  • A $500.00 Security Deposit is due two (2) weeks prior to the event and is fully refundable if no damage occurs during the rental
  • Staff fee is due 30 days prior to the event
  • 50% of the room rental is due at the time contract is signed
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to the event

  • Balance of room fee and all other fees are due 60 days prior to the event
