Business License: Home-Based Business

Home-based businesses are allowed if it merely serves as the base of operations. The use of residential property for business purposes requires the completion of our Home Occupational Application. If you need additional pages, please see the forms page.

Also, you must agree to abide by the Home Occupation Ordinance; you must bring “proof of residency” (Driver's license with correct address).

You are welcome to print the attached application, but you must appear in person to process your application. We do not accept mailed in applications.

We accept cash or checks as form of payment.
