Interstate 75 Interchange Justification Report

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Interstate 75 Interchange Justification Report. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this proposal. Only consulting firms with experience in preparing Interchange Justification Reports using Federal Highway Administration and Georgia Department of Transportation guidance will be considered. No NEPA documents are required. Preliminary engineering is not requested nor required.

Bids will be received by Henry County Board of Commissioners, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on June 20, 2016. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.

Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for bid opening, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities.
