Construction of the Henry County Fire Station No. 15

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the construction of the Henry County Fire Station No. 15. The project address is 325 N. Mt. Carmel Road in Hampton, Georgia 30228. This is a new construction of a one-story, 3-bay fire station. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Construction includes all site development, site demolition, site preparation, shoring, excavating, filling, grading, erosion control, trees, plants, ground cover, grassing, water, storm water and sanitary systems, paving, chain link fencing, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for the fire station building, the out building, and the dumpster screen for a turn-key project completion. Bids will be received by Henry County Board of Commissioners, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on April 13, 2016. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.

Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
