Facility Rental Fees:

• Commercial and Non-Commercial Use $1,500.00
• Clean-up Deposit $500.00
• Maintenance Fee $200.00
• Concession Stand (per day) $100.00
• Concession Stand Clean-up Deposit $350.00
• A $350.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Security Deposit is due in order to book the facility.  This fee is deducted from the total rental price of $1,500.00.  The Clean-up Deposits are returned to you if the facility is returned to us in the way you received the facility.  Rental fee balance is due at the time you pick-up the keys.

Option Fee:

• Off-Duty Police Officer (Licensee obtains) $25.00
• Facility Staff (per hr/payable to staff member in cash) $15.00 p/hr
• Table rental (40 available) 60” round tables $5.00 each
• Chair rental (2,000 available) $.50 each
