Henry County Parks and Recreation Offers Thanksgiving Break Camp

The Henry County Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Thanksgiving Camp from Monday, November 19 through Wednesday, November 21 during the week of the holiday break for Henry County schools. The cost for the camp is $75 per child and camp hours are from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for ages 5 to 12.

Camps will be held at Heritage Park in McDonough, the J. P. Moseley Recreation Center in Stockbridge and the Fairview Recreation Center in Stockbridge. As always, there will be fun games and activities, arts and crafts and an exciting field trip to the Fun Bowl in McDonough. 

Registration runs Monday through Friday, from October 29 until November 16 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Heritage Park, Fairview Recreation Center, Locust Grove Recreation Center and the J. P. Moseley Recreation Center. Campers may also register online at www.hcprd.org. Hurry, because space is limited.
