All vehicles meet the ADA requirements for accessible service. Wheel chairs, scooters and other mobility devices are permitted on the vehicles. For the safety of all passengers, Department policy requires mobility devices to be secured to the vehicle.

The Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA of 1990 is an extensive civil rights law designed to remove barriers that prevent individuals with disabilities from enjoying the same opportunities that are available to persons without disabilities. The ADA ensures equal opportunity for persons with disabilities in employment, State and local government services, public accommodation, commercial facilities and transportation.
Henry County Transit is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participating in or denied the benefits of its transit service on the basis of race, color, national origin, or socioeconomic status as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Executive Order on Environmental Justice. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or other civil rights laws you may file a complaint with Henry County Transit.
Individuals may file a complaint one hundred and eighty (180) days to the date of the alleged discrimination. The complaint should include the following information: name, address, and contact information; how, when, where and why you believe you were discriminated against.
