Plat Fees

• Regular copies: .50 per page
• Certified copies: First page: $2.50; Each additional page: .50 per page
• Plats filing fee: $8.00; $8.00 additional pages
• Condominium Floor Plans: $8.00; $8.00 additional pages
• Plat copies: Full page: $3.00; Half page: $1.50

The Clerk’s Office accepts checks, cash or money orders. Make check(s) payable to Clerk of Superior Court.
