To transfer a case from one county/state to another, make check payable to the county/state the case is being transferred to. The filing fee is $50.00.
The Superior Court Clerk’s Office does not provide blank forms for any type of filings.
The Superior Court Clerk’s Office has no attorney referral service, or list available. Refer to your local yellow pages for attorney information.
The Superior Court Clerk’s Office employees are prohibited from giving any type of legal advice.
Civil actions filed PRO SE; the person filing must know how to style the documents legally and correctly. This office is unable to offer any type of legal advice on how to prepare documents for submission to this court.
Any documents submitted to this court for filing must be notarized prior to filing. The Clerk’s are unable to notarize any documents being filed in our court.
