The cost for filing the FIRST PAGE of the following instruments will be $10.00 (Each additional page - $2.00)

• Deeds (all kinds or types by any name or description)
• Quit-Claim Deeds/Release
• Deed of Trust
• Security Deeds/Mortgages Deeds/Deeds to Secure Debt
• Modifications/Additional Loan Agreements
• Affidavits
• Certificates
• Power of Attorney (relative to real estate)
• Notice (Such as to payment of intangible tax on previously recorded security deeds, etc.)
• Cancellation of Deeds (additional page fee does not apply if cancellation appears on original document.)

Multi Cancellation/Release Instruments:

Effective 07/01/2008, for any instrument that includes a request to cancel, satisfy, or release one or more real estate instrument the fee shall be as follows [OCGA 15-6-77(o)(2) & 47-14-51(b)]:

• $10 per instrument cancelled, satisfied, or released
• $2 per cross indexing of each instrument
• $2 for each additional page

The cost for filing the FIRST PAGE of the following instruments will be $5.00 (Each additional page - $2.00)

• Liens of real property (such as Materialsmans Lien)
• Tax Liens
• Writ of fieri facias
• Hospital Liens
• Assignments (Per deed assigned, additional page fee does not apply.)
• Lis Pendens
• Written Information of Utilities
• Cancellation of writs of fieri facias
• Cancellation of Liens (such as Materialmans Lien)

• $5 per instr. cancelled, satisfied or released
• $2 per cross indexing of each instrument
• $2 for each additional page
