You must leave at least one form
of contact information in order to be updated on the status
a service request. Contact information is also necessary so
that the we may obtain additional information concerning your
request.
All Stormwater service requets are
entered into our database and assigned an ID # (Please
refer to this ID Number when following-up on your drainage
concerns). Once logged, the requestt is assigned
to a Stormwater Inspector, who will schedule a field investigation
within two weeks of receiving the request. Based on the severity,
each logged and validated request will be ranked and prioritized
appropriately. Only drainage inquiries and service requests
are issued an ID #. All other inquires are received and processed
accordingly.
Within a few days, the Stormwater
Management Office will issue a letter of confirmation; it
contains your service request information, the assigned ID
# and other relevant information. This letter will be mailed
to the submitted contact name and address. Our office will
make every attempt to inform you at least two weeks prior
to initiating any work being performed.

Inquiries, General Information, Billing and Illicit Discharge
inquires are received and processed during normal business
hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
