Nutritional Supplements
Nutritional supplements, such as Ensure and Glucerna, are available for senior adults for whom it is medically necessary. Nutritional supplements are often needed because of the inability to eat and/or digest regular food or additional calories are needed.
A physician’s order stating the supplements are medically warranted must be obtained.
