Henry County Police Department

Community Service Officers

The Department currently has five Community Service Officers.  These officers provide customer and non-enforcement service to the community; provide administrative support; provide crime prevention information and programs; provide traffic management and control functions assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division and assist in varied aspects of duties throughout the Department.  This is not a position that authorizes individuals to make arrests or operate marked patrol units within the Department.

Hopefully this position will allow individuals to progress into a Law Enforcement career.
