Square One Properties, LLC of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from C-2 (General Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) for property located south of Mount Carmel Road, north and south of Bridges Road in Land Lots 113 & 144 of the 6th District and Land Lots 128 & 129 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 27.154+/- acres, and the request is for an inert landfill. District 3

 

 

XI. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT                                                            

 

5.  COMP-AM-12-01

 

Square One Properties, LLC of McDonough, GA requests an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for property located south of Mount Carmel Road, north and south of Bridges Road in Land Lots 113 & 144 of the 6th District and Land Lots 128 & 129 of the 7th District. The request is to change the Future Land Use Map designation from Commercial to Industrial. Procedural requirements are met in accordance with Section 12.02.12, Requirements for Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.  District 3
