Amendments to Chapter 4:  Site Design Standards, Section 4.04.02 Major and Minor Subdivisions, Chapter 12:  Administrative Procedures, Section 12.02.03(C) Action following completion of improvements, and Appendix A:  Definitions, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Unified Land Development Code.

Ordinance to amend Chapter 3, Sections 3.04.02, 3.04.03 and 3.04.04 Watershed Protection Areas, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Land Development Code.

 

 

3. ULDC-AM-11-12

Amendment to Section 4.03.14(E)2(A&C), eliminating the requirement for the accessory uses of religious facilities to be owned and operated only by the religious facility in accordance with Section 12.02.11

RZ-11-09-S

TooLooPeas Management Group requests a rezoning from OI (Office/Institutional) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) for property located at 107 Flippen Road for the purpose of a restaurant.  City of Stockbridge

 

 

 

XI. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT

 

8.  COMP-AM-11-03

Amendment to the Henry County/Cities Joint 2030 Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map to modify two existing Suburban Employment Activity Centers (Henry Town Center and Interstate 75 at Exit 224) for the purpose of creating the Hudson Bridge-Jonesboro Connector Actifity Center Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) boundaries adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 6, 2010, in accordance with Sections 12.02.12 and 12.03.00 of the Unified Land Development Code.
