Interpretation regarding zoning condition for CU-11-04 John L. Deloatch of Stockbridge.  Mr. Deloatch had requested a conditional use for property located at 520 Flat Rock Road for a non-commercial kennel.  District 4

1. VR-11-16

 

Andrew J. McClain of McDonough requests a variance to reduce the seventy-five foot (75') front yard setback requirement to twenty-five feet (25') for an accessory dwelling for property located at 235 Stallsworth Road, McDonough. District 1

Glenda J. Balowsky of McDonough requests a Conditional Use for a Non-Commercial Kennel for up to ten (ten) Adult Domestic Pets for property located at 674 Eskew Rd, McDonough. District 7

IX. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT

4. ULDC-AM-11-11

 

Amendment to Chapter 7, Sections 7.04.06(A)(4) Exemptions, regarding permit exempt season, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Unified Land Development Code.

 

5. ULDC-AM-11-10

 

Amendment to Table 2.03.03 Non-Residential Land Uses in Base Zoning Districts regarding a clarification of provisions in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00

 

6. ULDC-AM-11-03

 

An Ordinance by Henry County, Georgia to amend Chapter 4: Site Design Standards for the purpose of creating Section 4.02.02 Hudson Bridge-Jonesboro Roads Connector Overlay District to implement the Livable Centers Initiative Study which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 6, 2010, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Unified Land Development Code. As a result, Chapter 9: Section 9.02.00 will be repealed as previously amended at the September 8, 2011 Zoning Advisory Board meeting.

 

7. ULDC-AM-11-12

 

Amendment to Sections 4.03.14(E)2(A&C), eliminating the requirement for the accessory uses of religious facilities to be owned and operated only by the religious facility in accordance with Sections 12.02.11

 

X. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT

8. COMP-AM-11-04

 

HPMC, LLC of Stockbridge requests an amendment to the Future Land Use Map Designation for property located at 1598 Highway 138. The request is to change the designation from Rural Residential to Commercial. District 5

HPMC, LLC of Stockbridge request a rezoning from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at 1598 Highway 138. The property consists of 0.73+/- acres and the request is for a commercial development. District 5

10. VR-11-17

 

HPMC, LLC of Stockbridge requests a variance from development regulations for property located at 1598 Highway 138. The request is to reduce the minimum lot size requirement in the C-2 zoning district. District 5
