VII. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE TEXT AMENDMENT

 

 

1.  uldc-am-11-06

An Ordinance by Henry County Georgia, to amend Chapter 3, Sections 3.04.02, 3.04.03 and 3.04.04 Watershed Protection Areas, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Unified Land Development Code.

2. uldc-am-11-03

An Ordinance by Henry County, Georgia, to amend Chapter 9: Activity Center Overlay Districts for the purpose of creating Section 9.02.00 Hudson Bridge-Jonesboro Roads Connector Overlay District to implement the Livable Centers Initiative Study which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 6, 2010, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Unified Land Development Code.

A Resolution by Henry County Georgia, to amend the Henry County/Cities Joint 2030 Comprehensive Plan: Future Land Use Map for the purpose of modifying the boundaries of the [E-1] Henry Town Center and [E-3] Interstate 75 at Exit 224 Suburban Employment Activity Centers for the inclusion of the Hudson Bridge-Jonesboro Roads Connector Activity Center Livable Centers Initiative boundary.  Procedural requirements are met in accordance with Sections 12.02.12, Requirements for Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and 12.03.00, Notice Requirements of the Unified Land Development Code.

The Griffindore LLC, of McDonough, GA requests a variance from development regulations for property located at 125 McDonough Parkway, in Land Lot 157 of the 7th District.  The request is to reduce the minimum lot size for a commercial kennel.  District 1

5. CU-11-05

Margaret Steverson of McDonough, GA requests a conditional use for property located at 1231 Snapping Shoals Road, in Land Lot 83 of the 8th District. The request is for non-commercial kennel. District 1

 

6. CU-11-04

John L. Deloatch of Stockbridge, GA requests a conditional use for property located at 520 Flat Rock Road, in Land Lot 66 of the 11th District. The request is for non-commercial kennel. District 4

7. RZ-11-03

Rush Bradley of Atlanta, GA requests a rezoning from PD (Planned Development) to MU (Mixed-Use) for property located north of Highway 20, northeast of Westridge Parkway and on the north and south sides of Loop Road, in Land Lot 193 of the 7th District and Land Lot 208 of the 6th District.  The property consists of 45.01+/- acres and the request is to develop a mixed-use development.
