VII. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE TEXT AMENDMENT

An Ordinance by Henry County Georgia, to amend Chapter 2, Section 2.01.05(A), Mixed-Use District as it pertains to not allowing or prohibiting a single use on a lot or parcel within the mixed-use zoning district, in accordance with Sections 12.02.11 and 12.03.00 of the Henry County Unified Land Development Code.

Jacqueline Turner of Rex, GA requests a variance from development regulations for property located at 5676 Highway 42 North, in Land Lot 71 of the 12th District.  District 4

2517 Atlanta, LLC of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from M-1 (Light Manufacturing) to M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) for property located at 2517 Highway 42 North, in Land Lots 1 & 31 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 15.391+/- acres and the request is for a metals processing facility. District 4

2517 Atlanta, LLC of McDonough, GA requests a variance from development regulations for property located at 2517 Highway 42 North, in Land Lots 1 & 31 of the 7th District. District 4

Rush Bradley of Atlanta, GA requests a rezoning from PD (Planned Development) to MU (Mixed Use) for property located north of Westridge Parkway and south of Loop Road, in Land Lot 193 of the 7th District and Land Lot 208 of the 6th District.  The property consists of 24.75+/- acres and the request is to develop a Multi-Family Development. X. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT

Rush Bradley of Atlanta, GA requests an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for property located north of Westridge Parkway and on the Northwest and Southeast sides of Loop Road, in Land Lot 208 of the 6th District.
