The request is to change the Future Land Use designation from Commercial to High Density Residential. District 2

2. RZ-11-03

Rush Bradley of Atlanta, GA requests a rezoning from PD (Planned Development) to MU (Mixed Use) for property located north of Westridge Parkway and on the Northwest and Southeast sides of Loop Road, in Land Lot 208 of the 6th District.
