IN HENRY COUNTY

VII. HENRY COUNTY/CITIES JOINT 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:

The Henry County Zoning Advisory Board will make a recommendation to the

Henry County Board of Commissioners concerning the adoption of the Henry

County/Cities Joint 2030 Comprehensive Plan.

 

VIII. CONDITIONAL USE:

 

1. CU-08-34

Philip Cook of Stockbridge, GA requests a conditional use for property located at 635 Flat Rock Road. The property is located in Land Lot 65 of the 11th District, and the property consists of 16.999 +/- acres. The request is for a home occupation in an accessory structure in an RA (Residential-Agricultural) zoning district. District 4
