Atlanta Retail Company of Atlanta, GA requests a concept plan review for property located on the south side of Jodeco Road, west of Mount Olive Road (I-75 frontage road), and east of Chambers Road in Land Lots 77, 78, and 83 of the 6th District consisting of 163.208 acres. The request is for a mixed use planned development. District 2
