Peach Meadows Personal Care Home of Stockbridge, GA requests a conditional use for property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Peach Drive and Harold Drive.  The property is located in Land Lot 49 of the 6th District, consisting of 5.06+/- acres.  The request is for an assisted living development in an RA (Residential-Agricultural) zoning district.  District 4

2.         VR-07-12
