NOTICE OF PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT TO SPECIFIC ZONING DISTRICTS WITHIN THE HENRY COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES

 

Notice is hereby given as required by Chapter 66 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (“the Zoning Procedures Law”) and Section 3-7-314 of Henry County, Georgia that the Zoning Advisory Board will consider changes to the text of the Zoning Ordinance for unincorporated Henry County, including but not limited to the RA (Residential-Agricultural), R-1 (Single-family Residence) and R-2 (Single-family Residence) zoning districts.
