Background Checks

Henry County Parks & Recreation has chosen SportsPilot for its online volunteer management solutions. Please read the instructions below before starting to help you navigate through the registration with the new system.

Open this Background Check link and then follow these steps:

1. Click ‘New User’; With this being the first year with the new online system, all members will need to add their account to the system; your account information will be emailed to you once it is set up.
2. You will first enter your basic information; upon completion of the first page, SportsPilot will email you your account login information; please keep this email handy for future access
3. After all of your volunteer information is submitted, you will continue to the payment screen and submit payment using your credit or debit card
4. After your transaction is complete, you will be notified of the result of your background check on the exit screen; Henry County Parks & Recreation will respond to any pending background checks to determine status of the volunteer.

*You will also be notified of your status once Henry County Parks & Recreation makes a determination on any pending Background Checks
