Garnishment filing fee will be $100 and Disposessory Filing fee will be $74 (for 1 defendant) and $76 (for 2 defendants).

- Civil Cases: $100.00 (for one defendant); $102.00 (for two defendants residing at the same address)
- Dispossessaries: $70.00 (for one defendant); $72.00 (for two defendants)
- Garnishments: $100.00
- Foreclosures of Personal Property: $100.00 (for one defendant); $102.00 (for two defendants)
- Abandoned Motor Vehicles: $10.00
- Appeals to State Court: $211.00
- Superior Court: $206.00
- Writs: $25.00
- Certified copies: $3.50
- FIFA: $9.00
- FIFA Satisfaction: $5.00
