2008: Communications Designer Receives
Photography Award
Henry County’s Communications Designer, Jason Morrison, won first place in a Civil War Preservation Trust Photography Contest in the category of “People on Civil War Battlefields.” Judges included representatives from the History Channel, Center for Civil War Photography, and the Civil War Preservation Trust. His photograph was in competition with nearly 2,000 photographs! It was taken during the Simply Southern Jubilee in April.
