Board of Commissioners

2013 Meeting Schedule

The Henry County Board of Commissioners shall hold regular meetings in the Henry County Administration Building, Community Room, 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, Georgia 30253, at 9:00 a.m., on the first Tuesday of each month and at 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month unless such Tuesday shall be a legal holiday, in which case the regular meeting will be held the following Tuesday.  Meetings shall be open to the public. The Board of Commissioners may also hold such additional meetings as shall be necessary. The following is the schedule:

• February 19th, 6:30 p.m.

March

• March 5th, 9:00 a.m.
• March 19th, 6:30 p.m.

April

• April 2nd, 9:00 a.m.
• April 16th, 6:30 p.m.

May

• May 7th, 9:00 a.m.
• May 21st, 6:30 p.m.

June

• June 4th, 9:00 a.m.
• June 18th, 6:30 p.m.

July

• July 2nd, 9:00 a.m.
• July 16th, 6:30 p.m.

August

• August 6th, 9:00 a.m.
• August 20th, 6:30 p.m.

September

• September 3rd, 9:00 a.m.
• September 17th, 6:30 p.m.

October

• October 1st, 9:00 a.m.
• October 15th, 6:30 p.m.

November

• November 5th, 9:00 a.m.
• November 19th, 6:30 p.m.

December

• December 3rd, 9:00 a.m.
