A.     Turning Point Church, Inc. - MC-04-02; Commissioner Holder, District 1 (Exhibit #6)

Turning Point Church, Inc. of McDonough, Georgia requests a modification to a zoning condition for property located along the western side of Old Jackson Road and to the south of State Route 81 East, in Land Lot 171 of the 7th District. The property consists of 6.05 +/- acres, and the request is to modify a zoning condition relating to the exterior materials of the proposed church. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval April 22, 2004.

B.      James Waggoner MC-04-03; Commissioner Harper, District 3 (Exhibit #7)

James Waggoner of Stockbridge, GA request a modification to a zoning condition for property located along Crumbley Road and east of State Route 155, in Land Lot 7 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 4.13+/- acres, and the request is to modify buffer and sidewalk conditions. Municipal Planning Commission recommended -------------------- May 27, 2004.

A.     C & N Development RZ-03-54; Commissioner Harper, District 3 (Exhibit #8)

C & N Development of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located on the northern side of East Lake Road and the western side of John Elliott Road, in Land Lots 7 and 8 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 62.0+/- acres, and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval April 22, 2004.  Postponed at the May 18, 2004 Board of Commissioners meeting

B. Fayette Environmental, LLC RZ-03-66; Commissioner Holder, District 1 (Exhibit #9)

     Fayette Environmental, LLC of Conley, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) for property located on State Route 42 South, in Land Lot 159 of the 2nd District.  The property consists of 51.0+/- acres, and the request is for an industrial subdivision.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval February 12, 2004.  Postponed at the May 20, 2004 Board of Commissioners meeting

B.      Donnie Chamlee RZ-04-09; Commissioner Harper, District 3 (Exhibit #10)

Donnie Chamlee of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at the northwest corner of the State Route 81 and Upchurch Road intersection, in Land Lot 174 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 2.0+/- acres, and the request is for the development of a convenience store and commercial subdivision/center.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval of C-1 on April 1, 2004

C.     Elbert Richard Cameron III RZ-04-13; Commissioner Harper, District 3 (Exhibit #11)

Elbert Richard Cameron III of Stockbridge, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located at 88 Brannan Road, in Land Lot 61 of the 7th District. The property consists of 11.65+/- acres, and the request is for the development of single-family residential subdivision.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval April 22, 2004

D.     Peach Stand Properties RZ-04-18; Commissioner Harper, District 3 (Exhibit #12)

Peach Stand Properties of Lilburn, GA request a rezoning from R-2 (Single-Family Residence) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at 3788 and 3798 Jodeco Road, in Land Lot 65 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 1.74+/- acres, and the request is for a retail establishment. Municipal Planning Commission recommended -------- May 27, 2004
