The property consists of 0.97 +/- acres and is located on the eastern side of GA Hwy. 155 in Land Lot 7 of the 7th District. The request is for reduction in the buffer requirement. Pinecrest Baptist/BEC of Stockbridge, GA requests a modification to a zoning condition for property located on Foster Drive and Interstate 75, in Land Lot 82 and 111 of the 6th District. The property consists of 60.0+/- acres, and the request is for multiple modifications to a development plan. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval on 7/8/04. The property consists of 9.28 +/- acres, and the request is for the development of professional office building and a daycare center. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval on 7/8/04. Jeffery F. Carreker/Carreker Development of Stockbridge, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for the property located on the northern side of River Road, in Land Lots 76 and 77 of the 8th District. The property consists of 73.29+/- acres, and the request is for the development of a single-family residential subdivision. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Denial on 7/22/04. The property consists of 4.0+/- acres, and the request is for a commercial subdivision. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Denial on 7/22/04. The property consists of 12.64+/- acres, and the request is for a commercial shopping center. District 3 Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval at the July 22, 2004 meeting.
