V.               Economic Development

A.   Request approval of a resolution regarding streetlights (Steve Schafer, Development Plan Review Director)(Exhibit #5)

B.    Request for an Appeal (Exhibit #6):  3-D Construction c/o Dennis Duncan of Hampton, GA requests an appeal for property located in Land Lot 140 of the 6th District at the Providence Lakes at Mount Carmel Subdivision. The property consists of 56.0+/- acres, and the request is to appeal the County's interpretation of a zoning condition, regarding housing materials. District 2 Report prepared by the Building Department.

VI.            Public Safety

A.   Request approval to accept a donated television for the classroom at the Police Department Firing Range (Chief Abernathy, Interim Police Chief)(Exhibit #7)

B.    Request approval of a bid pertaining to a Mobile Command Center Vehicle for the Fire Department (Chief Jenkins, Fire Chief)(Exhibit #8)
