V.               Announcement:  The following rezoning has been postponed.

Alan R. Mills – RZ-04-47; Commissioner Harper, District III (Exhibit #10)

Alan R. Mills of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at 314 Jonesboro Road, in Land Lot 126 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 1.30+/- acres, and the request is for an automobile service center and carwash. Municipal Planning Commission Denial October 14, 2004.

VIII.      Consideration of a Consent Order/Rezoning

                                  A.     Chase Mill Development Co., Inc. – RZ-02-53; Commissioner Adams, District IV (Exhibit #7)

Chase Mill Development Co., Inc., of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agriculture) to R-2 (Single-Family Residential) in Land Lots 36 and 61 of the 11th District, for property located on Millers Mill Rd.   The property consists of 69.25+/- acres and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision. Pursuant to an order of the Superior Court of Henry County, Georgia, the Board of Commissioners will consider rezoning the property.

                                  A.     Charrette Development Group – RZ-04-34; Commissioner Freedman, District II (Exhibit #8)

Charrette Development Group of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at 2100 Jodeco Road, in Land Lots 77 & 78 of the 6th District.  The property consists of 11.23+/- acres, and the request is for a commercial development.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended approval November 11, 2004

 

                                   B.     Michael and Walter Collier – RZ-04-50; Commissioner Freedman, District II (Exhibit #9)

Michael and Walter Collier of Stockbridge, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located at 2492 Jonesboro Road, in Land Lot 108 of the 6th District.  The property consists of 26.69+/- acres, and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval October 28, 2004
