                                        A.     Hudgins Communities, Inc. – RZ-04-67; Commissioner Holder, District I (Exhibit #9)

Hudgins Communities, Inc. of Stockbridge, GA requests a rezoning from PD (Planned Development) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) for property located on the eastern side of State Route 42 and south of King Mill Road, in Land Lot 231 of the 7^th District.  The property consists of 125.2 +/- acres, and the request is for an industrial development.  Report prepared by Jason Gaines, Planner II.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended approved October 28, 2004.

                                         B.     Shawshank Limited – RZ-04-05; Commissioner Freedman, District II (Exhibit #10)

Shawshank Limited of Atlanta, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located along the south side of Farris Road, in Land Lots 222, 223, 226, and 227 of the 7^th District. The property consists of 52.47 +/- acres, and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision. Report prepared by Ray Gibson, Assistant Director.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval October 14, 2004.

                                         C.     Brian Cagle – RZ-04-42; Commissioner Freedman, District II (Exhibit #11)

Brian Cagle of Lovejoy, GA requests a rezoning from RM (Multiple-Family Residence) to C-3 (Heavy Commercial) for property located on the northern side of GA Highway 81, east of Highway 3, in Land Lot 185 of the 6^th District.  The property consists of 11.27+/- acres, and the request is for a commercial park.  Report prepared by Jason Gaines, Planner II.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Denial October 14, 2004.
