Betty J. Brittain – RZ-04-37; Commissioner Holman, District 5

Betty J. Brittain of Stockbridge, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at 2055 Panola Road, in Land Lot 197 of the 12th District.  The property contains 2.26+/- acres, and the request is for a commercial development. Report prepared by Stacey Jordan, Planner I. Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval September 9, 2004.

                                       C.      Project True North – RZ-03-35; Commissioner Freedman, District 2 (Exhibit #12)

Project True North of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located on Mt. Carmel Road, to the east of Chambers Road, in Land Lots 115 & 142 of the 6th District. The property consists of 97.6 +/- acres, and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision.
