IV.            ANNOUNCEMENT: The below listed consideration of a Consent Order/Rezoning will not be heard on this date as previously advertised. It will be heard on November 2, 2004 at 9:00 a.m.

Project True North - RZ-03-35; Commissioner Freedman, (District 2)

Project True North of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located on Mt. Carmel Road to the east of Chambers Road, in Land Lots 115 & 142 of the 6th District. The property consists of 97.6 +/- acres, and the request is for a Planned Development.

V.               Announcement: The below listed rezoning has been postponed by the applicant:

Obinna Ezenekew RZ-04-31; Commissioner Holman, District 5 (Exhibit #9)

Obinna Ezenekew of Atlanta, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located on the eastern side of GA Hwy. 155, north of Valley Road, in Land Lot 133 of the 11th District. Coastal Holdings, LLC of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for properties located at 901 & 949 Snapping Shoals Road, in Land Lots 110 & 111 of the 8th District.
