A.        WRL Associates III, Inc Rezoning RZ-03-59; Commissioner Freedman, District 2 (Exhibit #8)

WRL Associates III, Inc. of Roswell, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located at the southeast corner of the Jonesboro Road and Chamber Road intersection, in Land Lot 109 of the 6th District.  The property consists of 23.5+/- acres and the request is for the development of a commercial/retail center.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Denial March 11, 2004.

B.              James Chaffin RZ-03-60; Commissioner Freedman, District 2 (Exhibit #9)

James Chaffin of McDonough, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located on Chambers Road near the Jonesboro Road intersection, in Land Lot 109 of the 6th District.  The property consists of 10.7 +/- acres and the request is for a commercial development. Municipal Planning Commissioner recommended Denial March 11, 2004.

C.             Aaron Mason RZ-03-71; Commissioner Holman, District 5 (Exhibit #10)

Aaron Mason of Ellenwood, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-2 (Single-Family Residence) for property located at 556, 558 and 562 Ward Drive, in Land Lot 225 of the 11th District.  The property consists of 6.84 +/- acres and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision.  Municipal Planning Commission recommended Approval March 11, 2004.

D.             C & N Development RZ-03-54; Commissioner Harper, District 3 (Exhibit #11)

C & N Development of McDonough, GA  requests a rezoning from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-1 (Single-Family Residence) for property located on the northern side of East Lake Road and the western side of John Elliott Road, in Land Lots 7 and 8 of the 7th District.  The property consists of 62.0 +/ acres and the request is for a single-family residential subdivision.  District 3 Municipal Planning Commission recommended Denial February 26, 2004.  Tabled at April 20, 2004 Board of Commissioners meeting.
