Henry County Animal Care & Control
Help Us Help You Track Down Livestock at Large
In recent months, the Henry County E911 and Animal Control Departments have experienced an increase in the number of complaints regarding livestock running at large. We have always maintained an unofficial “livestock list” that includes the name, address and contact information of livestock owners throughout the County. When livestock is at large, this list assists county departments in quickly contacting livestock owners in that area to alert them to the possibility of their animals being at large.
We are discovering that our current list of livestock owners is out of date and many addresses/telephone numbers are no longer valid.
If you are a livestock owner (horses, donkeys, cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, llamas, alpacas, etc.) in Henry County, please take the time to fill out the form located here (Also available as a PDF) and return it by attaching to an email to Gerri Yoder or mailing it to Henry County Animal Care and Control, 527 Hampton Street, McDonough, Georgia 30253. You may also call the Department at (770) 288-7387.
